  12. 2)    Within Michigan or Washington, DC, you may use MacPPP
  13.        to dial in via 9600 baud modem to the MichNet.  This 
  14.        requires you have a MichNet authorization account
  15.         ($40 start-up fee plus $10/month available from 
  16.        Merit Networks Inc., Ann Arbor, Michigan, email:
